Don’t throw away that jar of crystallized honey, bring it back to it’s original gooey goodness by heating the jar in pot of hot water until it returns to it’s smooth and syrupy state, approximately 5-10 minutes. Or, remove the lid and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring occassionally.
